Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate
leads.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets. Analyze market trends
and client needs to tailor solutions and maximize opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct presentations,
product demos, and meetings to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
● Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and negotiate
contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
● Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery
of services and solutions. Provide feedback to improve product offerings based on client
insights.
● Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions, pipeline status, and sales
activities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in
the IT and cybersecurity space. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and client
conversations.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
● Proven track record of 1-2 years in sales or business development, preferably in IT or
cybersecurity.
● Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
● Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity products/services.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
● Relevant sales or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
