Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the facility and guest accommodations at our Sterling, VA location. Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance: Perform routine repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter changes, and carpentry to ensure all guest rooms and common areas are fully functional.

Room Readiness: Respond to daily work orders for guest room issues such as fixing door locks, lighting, and bathroom fixtures.

Cosmetic Repairs: Handle drywall patching, painting, and furniture repairs to maintain the hotel's professional appearance.

Safety Inspections: Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure all safety equipment, including emergency exits and fire extinguishers, are up to code.
Requirements

Physical Stamina: You will be on your feet all day, moving throughout the property, climbing ladders, and lifting tools or equipment as needed.

Technical Knowledge: Experience with general hand tools and a basic understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing) is required.

Reliability: Consistent attendance for the Monday through Friday shift.
