Amivero is seeking a dynamic Summer Intern to join our team for a specified duration, assisting in various departmental projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience in information technology. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant major, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate proficiency in necessary tools and software. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, conducting research and analysis, and providing support in administrative tasks as required. - Check emails and messages for any updates or tasks assigned.
- Attend team stand-up meetings to discuss project progress and goals for the day.
- Review project documents and notes to prepare for upcoming tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects, offering support and assistance where needed.
- Conduct research on industry trends or specific topics related to assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, including hardware, software, and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to track inventory levels and identify discrepancies or shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement and IT departments to replenish stock and ensure availability of necessary resources.
- Utilize inventory management software to track movement and location of assets, facilitating efficient retrieval and allocation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, including hardware, software, and equipment.

Requirements
