Bakery Assistant Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with baking and preparing a variety of desserts
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods (training provided if needed)
• Help package and deliver customer orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist with social media content creation and marketing efforts
• Help sell bakery items at pop-up events, such as farmers markets and vendor fairs
• Provide excellent customer service and support when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous baking experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation for occasional deliveries and pop-up events
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., lifting bags of flour, cake tiers, etc.)
