Business Analyst Associate at MOHJU
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our vision forward by spearheading the
implementation of streamlined automated solutions for our esteemed clients. Your primary
responsibility will be to assess existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and
seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technologies into our clients' operations.
The ideal candidate for this position is a meticulous problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
and a passion for leveraging technology and software to enhance business efficiency. You should
possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with clients to
understand their unique needs and aspirations.
Responsibilities
● Evaluating MOHJU’s and our clients’ business processes and bottlenecks, documenting requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and providing multiple implementation options.
● Collaborating with stakeholders across the client’s organization to understand their needs and deliver integrated automation solutions for business processes and technology strategy
● Testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with existing automation systems and ensuring quality standards are met.
● Providing end-user training and SOP documentation.
● Researching and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital automation and related technologies
Education And Experience
● Extensive understanding of API, webhooks, databases, json, etc.
● Experience evaluating business processes and gathering requirements.
● Experience developing and implementing digital automation solutions using Microsoft
Power Platform or other low-code digital automation platforms such as Make, or Zapier.
● Experience with shell scripting (ie Powershell and Bash scripting).
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Management, Computer Science,
Information Technology, or related field. Or related experience.
