Position Summary
We are seeking a collaborative, people-oriented, and detail-driven Appointment Setter to join our team and support our business development initiatives. You will report directly to the COO and Partner, playing a critical role in driving our outreach efforts. Using tools such as Apollo and our proprietary CRM, you will help schedule high-quality discovery appointments with HR leaders, executives, and decision-makers in organizations with over 100 employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate eager to gain professional experience in the consulting industry and grow their skillset in sales and outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
Use Apollo and our CRM to manage leads and contact HR Managers and above through emails and LinkedIn outreach.
Business Development Associate Job Posting
Schedule discovery appointments with qualified leads for the Executive Team.
Track engagement metrics and provide weekly reports to the COO.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our services by engaging with our email sequences or clicking on links.
Collaborate with the Executive Team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Maintain detailed records of communications in the CRM to ensure consistency and follow-up opportunities.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in classes.
Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Apollo is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated interest in consulting, organizational development, or leadership.
Experience in customer service, sales, or outreach is preferred but not required.
