Description:. Sameday Pack LLC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Business Development Intern/Employee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in expanding our business by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with customer service by calling and emailing customers to follow up on orders and inquiries.
- Conduct research on contracting opportunities and grants offered.
- Support business outreach efforts, including identifying new opportunities to grow our customer base through networking and other platforms.
- Help implement a CRM system to manage and organize customer relationships effectively.
- Assist with organizing and analysing business data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Current enrolment in a college program related to business, sales, or a similar field.
- Strong communication and research skills and ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about small business operations and logistics.
