Position Summary:

The Marketing and Business Development Manager is a key leadership role within Classic Development Services LLC, reporting directly to the CEO or a designated executive. This individual is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of marketing strategies while actively seeking out and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Classic Development LLC's goals and objectives. Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform strategy development.

2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Classic Development LLC's market presence and revenue streams. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth.

3. Market Positioning: Define and refine Classic Development LLC's market positioning and branding initiatives to differentiate the company in the marketplace and enhance brand awareness.

4. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.

5. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

6. Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to leverage complementary strengths and drive business growth.

7. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Utilize insights to adjust marketing strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

9. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing and business development team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience 3 years (preferred) in marketing and business development roles within the construction or real estate industry.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation techniques.

- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving measurable business outcomes.
