Job Title: Market Development | Office Coordinator Location: Tysons, VA Job Description: Chalet Settlements is seeking a Business Development Representative & Office Manager for our new Tysons, VA office. This role is a unique blend of business development and office management, requiring a dynamic and self-motivated professional who can drive growth while ensuring the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and business development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create and maintain a welcoming and professional office environment for clients. This position offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in the Virginia market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Tysons, VA market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, clients, and industry professionals.
- Represent Chalet Settlements at networking events, client meetings, and industry gatherings to promote our services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Office Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the Tysons, VA office, ensuring it is organized, professional, and client-ready.
- Maintain office supplies, technology, and meeting spaces to support seamless operations.
- Coordinate office schedules and manage incoming client visits, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including document handling, scheduling, and communications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any office-related needs.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, office management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and title services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Title license preferred or willingness to obtain one upon employment.
