Cream Skin Studio is looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative & Client Experience Assistant to help create an exceptional experience for our clients while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role blends front desk support, light shipping and inventory tasks, social media assistance, and email marketing through Flodesk and Aesthetic Record. Ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Reception:
• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• help maintain a calm, clean atmosphere
• Assist with light folding of linens
Retail, Orders & Shipping:
• Receive product deliveries and restock inventory
• Prepare and label retail orders for client pickup or shipping
• Email clients when their orders are ready for pickup
• Assist with tracking orders and following up with clients if needed
• Support email marketing campaigns using Flodesk and Aesthetic Record(newsletters, promos, event invites)
• Assist with brainstorming and drafting content using tools like ChatGPT and Canva
• Help with in-studio promotions and client appreciation events

• Friendly and polished with great communication skills
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to multitask
• Familiar with Instagram, Canva, and Flodesk (or willing to learn quickly)
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for content support
• Able to lift light packages and help with occasional restocking
