The Executive Assistant Intern to the CEO provides comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer of a leading general contracting firm specializing in the property management space. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure efficient time management and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the CEO.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Project Management: Assist, coordinate and oversee projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary guidelines. This includes liaising with different departments and external partners.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including setting agendas, coordinating logistics, and preparing meeting materials. Support the planning and execution of corporate events and engagements.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, potential business opportunities, and competitors. Compile data and prepare analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Management: Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Ensure all financial transactions related to the CEO's activities are handled with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners on behalf of the CEO. Ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Working Conditions:
- A hybrid work environment, allowing for both remote and onsite work in Springfield/VA. This position may require occasional travel to project sites or client meetings.
