Legacy Learners, a private Educational and ABA therapy specialty practice seeking to add a part-time Human Resources administrative support specialist to the office team to work Tuesdays through Fridays. The candidate for this position will serve as the administrative support specialist for the HR department. The ideal candidate for this position should be well-spoken, organized, detail-oriented, responsive, helpful, and possess excellent customer service skills, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the simultaneous ability to multi-task/balance multiple work responsibilities while maintaining an appropriate level of productivity. Your responsibilities will include maintaining medical and staff records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Administrative Operations: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

2. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate staff records.

3. Initial Paperwork Assistance : Assist new staff with completing necessary paperwork.

4. Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate with staff about patient availability for appointments.

5. Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare professionals to enhance facility effi ciency and patient services.

6. Staff Queries : Address staff queries and ensure high-quality customer service.

7. Collaboration with Medical Staff : Work closely with providers to facilitate client assessments, care coordination appointments, and ordering supplies.

8. Compliance : Ensure adherence to procedures and stay updated with changes in medical and insurance legislation.

9. Answering telephone calls and taking messages and communicating information between healthcare providers and the patient.

10. Assist healthcare providers with patient scheduling assessments and parent training

11. Support with marketing on social media for new staff

12. Attend and support with networking events

13. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers
