Position Overview:

looking for a few standout administrative professionals, highly motivated and detail-oriented,to join our People Operations team as a paid intern. This role is perfect for a quick learner and self-starter with strong professional writing, verbal communication skills, and a profound understanding of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). The selected intern will start with extensive electronic filing tasks in personnel records, requiring a keen understanding of confidentiality. Additionally, the intern will have the opportunity to actively participate in People Ops meetings and gain exposure to the HR side of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform extensive electronic filing tasks within personnel records, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.

- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.

- Navigate the Microsoft Suite with ease to produce high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.

- Participate actively in People Operations meetings, contributing valuable insights and learning from experienced HR professionals.

- Quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies related to HR and People Operations.


Qualifications:

- Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Quick learner with the ability to work independently as a self-starter.

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
