Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs, such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events
• Drive demand and in-Showroom traffic by creating a superior customer experience and executing on a compelling marketing strategy
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image, and video content
• Design posts to sustain customers’ curiosity and drive traffic to Showroom
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
• Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Create content using Stock and in-store images and video
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1 year of marketing work experience preferred
• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools, Google Analytics and Google Ads preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn preferred
• Experience with CRM and Email Marketing tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Highly responsive with excellent follow-through and follow-up
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
