Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily office operations, including the maintenance of office facilities, supplies, and equipment. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-functioning.
● Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
● Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain records, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.
● Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Ensure effective communication across departments.
● Promote a positive and collaborative office culture.
● Oversee the maintenance of office technology, including computers, printers, and
network systems. Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical issues and ensure
smooth operation.
● Address and resolve any office-related issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
Provide solutions to improve office processes and efficiency.:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
● 1-2 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
● Proven experience in managing office operations, budgets, and vendor relationships.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management
software.
● Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
