Sales Representative - Temporary Position

We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell our process improvement and tech audit services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating, leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The successful candidate will have extensive insight and experience in the entire sales cycle and be able to work in a technology-based environment that requires senior level client contact and the ability to drive transactions that create action and urgency and that foster a high level of priority within the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent the company’s services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
  • Achieve weekly and monthly quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
  • Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to handle objections
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
  • Participate on behalf of the company at networking events.

What You'll Bring

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years of sales in an outbound sales environment with experience selling $10k to $40k solutions
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively to non-technical clients.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding and addressing the unique needs and pain points of overworked business owners.
  • Relationship Building: Creating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying client challenges and presenting effective process optimization and technology strategy solutions.
  • Empathy and Understanding: Genuinely caring about clients’ struggles and aspirations, and demonstrating this in all interactions.
  • Adaptability & Self-Starter: Being flexible and open to changes in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of MOHJU’s services, including business process improvement, tech stack audits, and operations management.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time to balance prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue new business opportunities.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfort with using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Team Player: Collaborating effectively with MOHJU’s consulting team to ensure seamless client experiences.
