Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of our projects' facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our off-site construction facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. The Senior Facilities Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our construction processes, managing resources effectively, and maintaining a high level of quality and productivity across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to support construction operations and project goals. • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of construction sites, equipment, and facilities to ensure they remain in optimal condition.
• Manage facility budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction activities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of construction facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, construction teams, and administrative staff.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to facilities management staff, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in facilities management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, human resources, and finance, to streamline processes and achieve organizational objectives.
