Role Summary: Cloud Control Studio Inc. is seeking a dynamic Social Media and Content Development Specialist to help establish and grow our social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as our primary platform. This individual will also support the creation of high-quality technical content, including blogs, white papers, and thought leadership pieces, to highlight our expertise and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management for small businesses and possess a technical background to craft relevant, impactful content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Build and maintain a consistent presence on LinkedIn, including managing the content calendar, publishing posts, engaging with followers, and growing the company’s professional network.
  • Content Development: Write and edit technical and business-focused content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media posts that align with Cloud Control Studio’s services and audience.
  • Strategy Development & Research: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a content and social media strategy that increases brand awareness, showcases thought leadership, and drives business growth, while staying informed of industry trends, best practices, and government contracting developments to create relevant and timely content.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of social media and content campaigns using analytics tools to measure success and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, business development, and leadership to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles or campaigns for businesses, ideally small businesses.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in developing technical and thought leadership content such as blogs and white papers.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) and content management systems.
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices to ensure content visibility.
  • Technical aptitude or experience working in industries such as technology, government contracting, or professional services.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and managing social media for small businesses, with demonstrable growth in engagement and audience.
  • Previous experience developing content for government contractors or technology firms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
