Opportunity Description

Function: The position requires an individual to efficiently assist with the human resources requirements for clients/caregivers and exercise discretion and independent judgement. The individual must be capable of maintaining a professional and cooperative working relationship with the clients and caregivers.

Care Coordinator





• Assist with the Human Resources functions

• Manage the collection and tracking of caregiver credentials and care notes

• Call Center functions including answering, responding, and documenting calls

• Assist with the scheduling and staffing functions

• Assist in processing new referrals

• Distribute via email, text and telephone all required information to clients and caregivers

• Update the client’s schedule in our home care database system

• Immediately report all complaints and critical issues to a manager

• The work will include some weekends and evenings as necessary

• Travel to the office/client homes to assist with client/caregiver relations. training, meetings, and events

Assisting with HR/Education

• Perform sourcing and onboarding of caregivers in Virginia and Maryland

Perform sourcing and onboarding for students for the training center.

• Screen applicants, schedule Zoom initial Interview. Communicate via email/phone with applicant for availability and ability to attend program and forward to staff for background check

• Assist with implementing, maintaining, and developing supply list according to state regulations

• Onboarding: Securing all credentials, paperwork and sending to office immediately

• Assist with evaluating and assessing skills as appropriate for readiness for exam

• Coordinate with all admin and nursing staff for assistance in the implementation of programs

• Comply with all regulations which are in the Regulations for Nurse Aide Education Programs

Assisting with Marketing

• Contact current and previous referral sources; provide marketing material (gifts, flyers).

• Investigate and engage new referral sources, establish relationships

• Online marketing videos via social media and website to promote company

Qualifications: This position requires an individual who possess an earned college degree or a high school graduate with a willingness to learn the healthcare field.
