Work-Based Learning Opportunity at Tungez through Talent Up Fairfax
Tungez is proud to partner with Talent Up Fairfax to offer Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities designed to enhance career development and professional growth. This initiative is aimed at Fairfax County residents whose employment opportunities have been adversely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Candidates must demonstrate the impact of Covid-19 on their career endeavors and must be enrolled in Talent Up Fairfax to qualify for these positions. These positions are 35 hours per week at a minimum rate of $20 per hour, for a duration of up to 12 weeks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage program development and execution to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure program objectives are met.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on program status and compliance issues.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in program management and compliance within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Must be a Fairfax County resident, impacted by Covid-19, and enrolled in Talent Up Fairfax.
